Can we get less packs to open for era leveling?

I get it, making it 18 or 22 packs to open for 4.99 a piece makes EA more money due to people losing track, and this might just be whale territory, but I would really love for them to just come out with 1 pack that, say goes to Era level 35, 75, 95, 125 etc. Something we could just buy once and it gets all the era level toons to a certain threshold instead of making us but 54 packs, especially when it comes to unlocking the legendary for the era!
