Can't login to SWGoH - Hangs at DV Start Screen

Mobile iphone 12 user with latest iOS 17.6.1. Have reloaded app. Can't login. Never happened before. WiFi tested 80/30 Mps.

same thing for me but updated to iOS 18.1.1 and it loads now
