My relic Ezra lost 8 levels and Merrin 7 as was foretold.. One would expect fair compensation as I bought many crystals, conquest passes, and calendars to have these characters right. I received minimal compensation ( a rate of about 1/2 the cost ) as many of you have. You have better odds from the casino, rather then CG screwing you over.
Im annoyed because i did not want the relic levels or omis removed from Ezra, and they got removed an d now they need replacing.
I’m like, where’s my Ezra gone, and he’s emigrated halfway down my toons list because suddenly r1 without any omi’s.
Of course I’m going to be angry because now I’ve spent spent the matt’s on my outstanding farm and I have a heavily weakened squad rather than something that was running imperfectly fine.

What on earth do you mean by this? Whatever resource went into the relevant relic levels has not been lost in the void if the materials obtained are returned to the player.
Edit - if I invested £50 and 4,000 crystals into taking Merrin and Ezra to r7, and I have the materials that the money / crystals obtained returned to me, why on earth should I expect the money and crystals to also be refunded? Or is this another occasion like the last time?
I beg to differ, Qui - their relic investment is rebalanced, but any further resources like crystals or money are lost in the void. I can understand why people are upset and sympathise, though I haven’t been affected by this issue myself as both Ezra and Merrin are G12.
Ya sound sarcastic to me, I didn't spew it, I just explained it, thus the scare quotes on "point". Sounds like I think his take is bad, as it seems you do too.
His "point" was that he spent a bunch of money and/or other resources to obtain the relic mats and all they gave him back was the relic mats, not the means he used to obtain them.
What does it matter how he managed to get the mats, the "point" is that he received the mats back so he could put Ezra & Merrin back at the levels he had them at.

Are you sure you didnt just click on the inbox message & use the materials on other toons? If so, you should provide your ally code so they can fix the problem.
