CG...."FIX YOUR GAMES NOW"

Good afternoon/evening, I'm starting this thread to report a bug that prevents players from progressing beyond level 25. It's a death loop that occurs when unlocking fleet training events. As soon as you finish watching the tutorial to find Mace Windu's frags, you return to the lobby and the loop starts all over again. This happened to me today and I can't find a way to fix it. I hope they fix it before the anniversary, because I don't want any new players to have to delete their accounts simply because CG doesn't listen to the community about the most serious bugs. Thank you, and I hope they resolve it with tomorrow's update.
