Challenge Savage Opress Boss = Beast! Give us his AoE!

So I decided to not Sim the event today to spice up the dullness I had been getting from Challenges. THIS is the update we need for Savage! Turn his Overpower Special into an AoE, just like Boss Savage. No Crits, totally ignores Zarriss. Total Beast!

    If we go by Canon, there's hosts of toons that should never be as powerful as they are (Wiggs, for example, stick carrying Rey another). I don't think the Devs are really looking at that.

    The Rey part makes sense, she's a Mary Sue
