Charged for Jedi Temple Guard pack

EA chat have been useless so far and no help.

They claim this a known issue but refused to acknowledge my refund comments.

Two chats, both ended by the agent but not answering any questions about refunding my payment.

Can anyone comment? The forums here EA_Aljo for example said to go on chat but chat say they can't do anything?

Another chat, another person saying use the in game help but the in game help opens a window where the AI chatbot doesn't create a case.... CG_Meathead​ really sorry to tag you but this is an awful customer experience so far.

Have you applied the code before confirming the purchase?

When I went to add my paypal details as a payment method, the order confirmed without allowing me to enter the promo code. I saw the promo code option prior to click "add payment details", but then it seems to have just skipped from Order > Payment Details Add > Login to Paypal > Paid.

To me it looks like you bought the pack, I don't have PayPal as an option for buying but I have to assume you clicked onto a further screen without intending to and missed the promo field. I'd keep chasing EA to return it, but the support is awful and you need to keep contacting them regularly asking for updates as they like to try close it off without confirmation from you

I can’t even see the pack, any way to fix this? Also, why isn’t the pack just free instead of free with a promo code, it doesn’t really make sense to me
