Another good change is one in policy, where you no longer seem to panic every time a team is discovered that does good things against the raid. This is probably the best change of all of them.

This is not a change. If such a team had been discovered they would have nerfed it. Period. If there is such a team, it just hasn't shown up in their data enough yet.
