Coliseum got me banned

I got banned for "cheating" in coliseum. I 4 starred barris and then was able to unlock spider maul. With all the materials i was able to upgrade era characters pretty good. I put maul on my team and was able to 0-100% tier 5 of the three laser dudes. I tried tier 6 right after to see how far i could go and got about 12% before getting wiped. Right after i got banned for "cheating".

I filled out the appeal but i haven't heard anything yet. Is there anyone i can reach out to about this? Or am i just going to lose my 8 year old 12.4 million gp account?

I can't believe that CG are that serious about cracking down on cheating in Coliseum. There is an account in the Global League table right now that's registered a ridiculous score x10 more than everyone else with level 70 characters. Honestly its a joke!
I truly feel for those folks that legit paid big bucks for leveling up & starring character when clearly there are cheating issues blatantly being allowed to happen.

That's all i did. I wasn't sure what discord to post in so i just did it in my guild discord and nothing. You may want to post on reddit and see if anyone has anything else to say.

Because quality left the building quite some time ago. Whoever is in charge there is only interested in revenue, not quality, nor customer service, nor quality of life, nor long-time players.
