Concerning the new event....

Okay, let's face it.

The new "promotion" event? It's ludicrously easy. And considering that the required characters and enemies are a bit of a mish-mash with only 1 wave, it's almost like CG rushed this event with little thought in an effort to get it out quickly...

And these kinds of things happen after a wave of backlash from the community. Now, what have they done recently that they received heavy criticism for...?

I am of the opinion that this event is just an apology for their poor management for the Knightfall battle. And while the shard rewards for the new event help boost new players a bit, it doesn't actually help late or even mid game players. So it seems to be just another lackluster apology by CG.

well alot of ppl take them as a "catching up" either with characters they havent got to gear yet, therefore allowing them to focus on new content which is becoming more and more of a "must do" (example conquest missions needing all new characters and squads / next raid going to use the new marquees and a very few older characters).

also "catching up" for ppl who took a break from the game and came back after a few monthes... instead of focusing on older squads from years ago, there are enough new content they missed and now need to catch up on and newer content coming out all the time as well. so instead of going back to gearing geos for example, LSB...

So basically there event are ... i guess ill use "calibrated" ... for full squad. not for 1 or 2 characters only hence they are now nearly impossible for anything other then relic.

to be honest im not sure even with a full squad gear 11 will be able to beat them but maybe with the zetas and synergies ... and then the shards as rewards would make some more sense.
