Conquest, Feats you must "win"

Has anyone made a list of the feats that require winning in order to achieve? Some do, some don't. Some say you must win, others don't say... even though you must win. Apparently we aren't suppos...

If it doesn't say you have to win, you don't have to win. Marked (One by One) and DoTs (Slow Game) - you don't have to win, for example. The Evasion feat in Sector 5 (Fleet Footed) you do have to win and it says it explicitly.
