Conquest pass+ rewards

When I started conquest this run I was 30 shards off being able to get trench. My first HM the conquest pass plus showed 3 different reward blocks of 10 stack trench shards in the rewards on the top bar.

-first claim great brought me from 300-310.

i get to the second top reward and I didn’t get the 10 shards still leaving me at 310 and ultimately costing me being able to unlock before it was over as the next is the last and will leave my at 320.

at first I was thinking well maybe it was a “one or the other” type of reward for the top, but when I claimed the Luthen Ezra reward I got both so that debunks that.

I’ve attached a screenshot to show you guys what I mean to being a visual.

did I just get screwed by some hidden mechanic that prevents a unlock before it’s over?
