Customer Support SLA

What is the typical SLA (Service Level Agreement) to review and resolve a ticket?

I have an open ticket for Missing Hunter shards. I submitted the ticket on Friday 4/9. I’ve provided all the screen shots of the in game purchases. It is now Wednesday 4/14. I’ve had a total of two replies to the ticket, one of which was to ask for screen shots.

Check the logs and please provide the shards. I spend a lot of money to support this game.
