When are we going to see some options for upgrading the rarity the ships piloted by Vader, Kylo Ren and Shore/Death Trooper?

I'm wondering the same thing. I'd like to get Vader's ship promoted a star or two, same with Kylo's. I've also noticed that I've collected 10/15 Dark side ships when there's only 11 currently available. Where's the remaining 4 or what are the remaining 4?
