This is something that clearly could be corrected with the addition of 3 more capitol ships next quarter. Each should be a mini event to get, then have reoccurring events so it takes 3-6 months to get them fully starred.

Also there could be another legendary ship rewarded for the "Ship" raid.

One ground unit phase to take down the shields, limited to Rebel and Ewok units, sure. Anything more and it is no longer a ship raid.

Limited to Ewoks and Rebels? You know how a raid works, right?

Considering the amount of attention the devs have given to Ships so far, two ground phases would be fitting. A whole raid based on ships is too generous. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to have one; but until ships are put under a larger light, I don’t see the point.
