Does anyone know the %of more damage?

don't have it personally but i've seen 50% of the enemies health be tossed around by some people

It's the same deathmark as the Gamo in Rancor P1: "bonus damage equal to 50% of their Max Health"

... or Kylo, since it takes less damage from percentage based attacks. Kylo will shrug Deathmark off, as he shrugs DoT, Expose and Detonators.
