The point was that I WAS in Aurodium at 4 mil GP facing 7 mil accounts. Now those accounts don’t seem to pop up as much at 8 mil. And it really sounds like you are higher up and don’t really care about the issue. I can’t really do anything against 5 GLs on defense with my current account. As for AHnald, he made that account way before the Kyber squish, so he was able to progress further before getting pushed back. (Don’t forget it took him over a year to get back to Kyber after that). His account is 4 years old. If you watch Songeta’s or Nooch’s FTP you will see exactly what I am saying. And yes I do feel entitled to rank up in Grand Arena if I have invested 4 mil more than a year previously only to face opponents that still have higher GP and more GLs.
Yes I know you were in Aurodium 4. What im saying is you shouldnt have been, thats why too high for that gp. So if you were way too high its kind of facetious to complain about facing higher gp accounts as you slide down to where you should be slotted. And yes I am in k1 and face bigger accounts with tons of more dcs than me almost every time.
The kyber squish happens every season so thats not an excuse. I'm been squished out of k1 into k2 before. And even if it took him a year to get back to k3 he's now in kyber with less gp than you despite facing probably the same amount of bigger accounts (or more probably). Nooch is not a good player so I dont think whether he's ftp or not matters. Songeta i never watch but if they're so good they should be moving up. And his ftp has like 5 mil gp. Why do you feel entitled just because you added 4 mil gp in a year? You seem to assume no one else in the game also improved their roster in that time period. Especially when it looks like that was due to lsbs which a lot of people also bought. I only looked at your gl mods but they need a lot more speed, that could be why you lose as well. It might also be worthwhile to invest a little but more in dcs. Similarly doesn't look like you do a lot of conquest only one of saw was malgus. Youre missing out on a lot of good lifters there.
Just not sure where you think you deserve to be after buying a bunch of lsbs and having a big jump in gp but now missing a lot of zetas and not having the mod depth for all the new characters. You were too high in aurodium and maybe a touch too low now but basically it seems to be evening out.
That is my point exactly. Why am I playing Kyber level rosters in Chromium? Of course people are going to improve their rosters. The problem is those people are not able to progress which makes it even harder for those behind them to progress. I should not be facing a 10 mil account that was 8 mil last year. They should have progressed to Aurodium. However, they are not which means 8 mil rosters like mine are stuck in Chromium as well. Which then follows through down to lone. As for your success, you were already at the top, so you were not affected as much as everyone else. It sounds like either you started near the beginning of the game or spend a lot of money. Either way, you don’t have the perspective from the vast majority of newer accounts.
You're not playing kyber level rosters in chromium. If they were kyber level theyd be up there. But as I've said multiple times, they are either terrible or dont play consistently. How can you say people are going to improve their roster but then say they cant progress? Why should you face a 10 mil gp account that was 8 mil last year when you yourself doubled your gp in a year? If all the people in chromium improve their rosters some will go to Aurodium but a large amount probably end up winning and losing and so stay in the league with a higher gp until they make a big jump like a gl or ship or dc that allows them to move up.
If anything you dont know the experience of new players since instead of farming things over a long period of time like me (a 9 year light spender) you just bought your way to a higher gp. I started before gac even existed, so I certainly didnt start at the top. You really have an over inflated opinion of where you should rank. No offense but as someone who just bought a bunch of lsbs and has a lot of relic characters that are mostly mid gl reqs that have bad mods and missing zetas you should be happy you're in chromium. Once your account equalizes a little you'll probably make a jump to aurodium. But FYI even if CG switched to resending everyone by gp you'd probably end up in the same league give or take. And then probably get schooled within a couple months by gac optimized accounts. Do you really think you'd win more if you were in Aurodium right now?
