Dividing the GAC system to 8 different League and creating a Final Group for league champions

I think it can be more fun if the current GAC system can have 8 different league which have it's own Ranking system like: League A | League B | League C | League D | League E | League F | League G | ...

per the logic, it will create 8 different Kyber, Aurodium,Chromium, Bronzium, Carbonite sub_league.
it will increase the chance for low - medium GP / Skilled players to climb up to their own league Kyber 1 divisions as all league will be randomly filled by participants without checking their Skill rate. (some league will have a chance to be filled by lower / Medium GP randomly)
