Side note rebels and empire are smart to have for every aspect of the game, I wouldn't cast them aside completely.

Even then, there are so few players at the level where you can get G11 characters. Ive played this game for probably 5 months now (started a while ago, took a few month break and I'm starting back up again). It just seems kinda annoying to have to be insanely good in order to compete
