Dodge everything?

dodge has always been a joke. I have faced a char that had 0 health due to a DoT and he dodged 5 attacks in a row and then got healed.

meantime my lumi with evasion up rarely dodges any attack

just seems AI dodges a lot more than player. this is also true for most procs like revives, etc...
