Does Dengar´s "Tenacity Down" last through the door phase (similar to slow) ?

And if yes...how ? If I apply "Slow" during the door down phase, then it sticks even after the door goes up again...with Dengar´s tenacity down it is not working...and I don't know why. Even if I appl...

Tenacity down remains after the door but not speed down. Just be ready to reapply once it gets back up. If Dengar is your only toon with speed down, consider an omega on the 1st special (you should put one on 2nd regardless).
