I do agree with your overall sentiment. It's shaped GAC in a horrible way (for where I am, anyway).
However, although chpminisolo is clearly trolling you, they have a point. Your topic sentence is "Raking in money at the expense of gameplay." It's not until you get to the end of paragraph 1, where you address the actual issue. "Till October, we'll be left with a ruined Grand Arena and even more ruined TWs. Very nice."
Focus on the actual issue, then give added information about it.
