Drop the raid star requirements.
With the influx of new characters (primarily in response to Rogue One) who are possible to unlock, but impractical to 7*, it would be nice to drop the * requirements for toons who can be used in raids...

I just had this same thought. I would love the possibility to use my 3* Chirrut, or brand-spanking-new 6* Jyn Erso in a heroic raid. Now that we have gear and mods, that should make up for stars. The raid requirement should be a gear level, not a star level. Again, only because the new toons are being made obtainable but not starable.
