Drop the raid star requirements.
With the influx of new characters (primarily in response to Rogue One) who are possible to unlock, but impractical to 7*, it would be nice to drop the * requirements for toons who can be used in raids...

Obviously a 7* would still be better all around. But I think not being able to use tourney toons in raids is killing tournaments, because there are many right now that feel tournaments aren't worth it at all unless you get #1. Plus, don't underestimate ego. There are plenty of people that would compete for #1 for the sake of having #1. And anyway, the top spot usually also has more gear boxes, credits, and mats.
