Expand TW deploy phase and add practice mode

Like in other games etc. expand deploy phase to 48+ hrs and add a practice phase we’re we can fight our defense when not in war. We don’t need more time to fight 24hrs is fine we need more time to practice and deploy and get the guild ready to “blitz war”
