exposed damage doesnt show up in character damage. So resistance trooper his damage won't increase if he exposes the boss, or hits a exposed boss. (The total damage does increase)
It's also different for each phase, depending on the raid boss' health.
So i'm unsure is to how you found out exposed does less damage now, the only way to spot it is the white damage pop-up when you hit an exposed target. I haven't noticed that being lower than it used to be.
