Expose / STR nerf
@CG_SBCrumb @CG_Carrie
You decided to nerf Expose while explaining that it needs to be nerfed because, for the major part of it, of the high health of the Sith Raid. A few months in you decided, that the health pool of the Sith Raid (excluding heroic tier) needed to be toned down, ranging from 95% in Tier 1 to 50% in Tier 6.
Now I wonder: will you buff Expose again?
#1: Apparently, you realized that massive health pools are not "healthy" for the fun of a raid
#2: You nerfed a team that according to you has been nerfed because of high numbers in Sith Raid, nowhere else
#3: New Toons got abilities that deal 20% of maximum health as additional damage (or even 200% extra if the enemy is toppled)
#4: Death Mark is still around at 50% outside raid and (0,03% in raid), which deals more damage than expose, is not consumed upon hits.
Again, my point stays true as I pointed out in the intial Sith Raid nerfs:
1. You will need to nerf those chars again, that deal % damage in Raids unless you will never release any more health that you have now in the Sith Raid
2. High Health-Pool are not fun in any way, it is just a daily grind. As you apparently realized yourselves.
3. The only thing that you change with buffing Expose again is: a couple 1.000s more in PvP, and throughout the Raids currently available an increase of damage with a maximum damage in STR 6 and HSTR. Damage from expose is reduced by 50% in STR anyways because of the reduced HP and the guilds that can do HSTR will still be able to do it anyways.
4. Currently, Expose is double-nerfed because of the initial nerf at the beginning of the Sith Raid and the new reduced health pool of it... can you at least up base damage or something?
(For me personally, ever since that Expose nerf and now seeing the new characters with simple BUILT IN HP%-damage I can only conclude that you reevaluated the mechanics - as you said you'd do- and decided a better version of Expose - even if it's currently a single character - is healthy enough for the game)
Cheers,
