Fix the raid reward system, suggestion

Hey Devs, please make the raid rewards depend on our own score and not on the ranking.
For example if I do
<100k dmg --> tier 1 reward
100k - 500k dmg --> tier 2 reward
500k - 1.5M dmg --> tier 3 reward
and so on. 10M+ --> best rewards
The higher the damage the better the rewards.
We don't like and don't want to compete with each other for rewards in my guild.
It is ridiculous and sad in the same time, that with the current system someone could get a low rank reward for 5M dmg, because ~20 players can solo the rancor. It is a good score, they deserve a good reward! And all the 0 scores would get the same reward, regardless of player id. Fair solution and I know it shouldn't be hard to implement.

    Here is the problem with that. First there are people who are like me that step down and score a 0 to allow others to achieve Han Solo shards so they can unlock him. Secondly if people are lucky enough to get whole pieces of gear at lower levels this helps them progress and gear thier toons so that they are able to try and compete with the top players. If they change this system to only suit the top players the lower players will never be able to climb plus people like myself and many others who step down to help players try to achieve something will even more be penalized for trying to help. If people are soloing the entire raids trust me they don't need anymore help with thier rosters. You need to learn team work.

    Han Solo shards: couldn't care less. There are 100+ other toons, and he's not even OP. But it would be nice to get the same amount of shards at most of the prize tiers (similar to GK shards).

    Yes, with the current reward system you have to sacrifice your rewards if you want to help your low level guild mates. That is exactly why I dont like it. Because your rewards depend on your guild mates being nice, or your guild mates being weaker.
    I dont think you understood what I said. In the suggested system lower level players can climb up to the next prize tier by progressing their raid teams, and no need to compete with the higher level players in their guild. You wont need to step down. Many players can solo the heroic rancor and they are not whales. Not even close.

    Everyone is doing it for the rewards, and 1 player with 1 team can solo the heroic rancor (and surely at some point someone will be able to solo the aat too). It is like an event but with rewards like a raid.
  • I still think Raid tokens would be better. Being able to spend the tokens to get the gear you actually need instead of 50 more furnaces when you have 500 already.
  • They just need to stop giving us gear and make a new store (god forbid we have a lot already so maybe just add items to the guild store) and give us currency instead and allow us to purchase what we need.

    Problem is that takes away the "random" and some of their control and potential income but it would be less frustrating for the items that seem to never ever drop.
