Its not broken.
Basically you want rewards without making any effort as you have complained about this before. How entitled of you.
So those that are part of their Fleet Chat that are allowed to climb without worry of being pushed back or blocked are not getting rewards without effort? Sound like they are entitled too.
You clearly have no idea of how busy some shards are.
I take 1 or 2 every night in fleet arena but frequently get dropped below 40th in my shard. There are some shards that are worse than mine.
I have no issue getting knocked back to the 40’s I have Leviathan and can make the climb. This shard actively pushes you back to above 20, not because any of them lose any payout but simply to be difficult.
