i just got 7 defensive teams and 2 fleets to set on 3.5m gp is that bugged or smthn? there is no way some1 can have 14 ok teams and 4 fleets on that GP range lol.

So use bad teams. If there is no way to have 14 teams your opponents will also use bad teams anyway ;)
