I was playing through GW last night and one of the teams only had 3 characters in it. I had never seen that before and was wondering if that was supposed to happen?

I think GW had to be cleared manually 50 times before it becomes simmable (unless that's changed).
I thought someone with 157k sim tickets had plenty of time to do it 50 times... Or even 500 times..
