GL Rey Title Reward Issue; Past Due 4 Months

Hi,

It has been 4-5 months since I completed the 2nd round of rewards for Galactic Legend Rey. 

I have contacted EA Support about seven times, and they keep closing my tickets and saying a fix will come out. But, it has been fixed for others, it hasn't been mentioned in 4 months now. This is unacceptable, I have been waiting 4 months for a simple fix.

I want the titles + compensation for the timeframe.
