Grand Inquisitor event dark times

I've been patiently awaiting his return since I missed the unlock requirements the first time by a few days... It's a whole dumpster fire of a faction, that is pretty much useless... But I've already invested so I'd like the toon. Maybe they are trying to fix grand inquisitor before releasing the event again? (Wishful thinking)
