To unlock his gear 9 you need the mk 7 biotech orb thingy. It's 40 purples and 5 of the blue armor items.

People need to really start boycotting this game. It's out of control how much stuff is not being documented. This is a change that provides a huge advantage for some players, and everyone else that doesn't have the character at that point is at a disadvantage for the foreseeable future. This team proves again that they are incompetent at running a game.

Also, regarding data that is mined (such as things that look like events), take them with a grain of salt, because it could be leftover files and not anything that is actually in the game.

I basically have. This game has become a shit show. So much stuff is not being documented, and changed. It's always "OH SO SORRY GUYS, ITS TOUGH BEING A DEVELOPER ON A TEAM THAT DOESNT COMMUNICATE AS A TEAM".

I don't know if it's EA just completely controlling this development team, or if the development team is really this incompetent, but this game is just appalling.

There are threads going on about Greedo's gear being nerfed, and other potential gear changes on heroes (Yoda, maybe more). This is just further proof that this gearing system is a complete debacle. Why do different characters have different gear tiers? Why is there such a large sweep on what gear changes? Do the development team even have their own game stats when they make changes?

level 11-20 tier 2
level 21-30 tier 3
level 31-40 tier 4
ect. ect. ect. there I just fixed it for you...

Why do SOME heroes get to one tier, and others not. Is this a really generic way of constantly changing hero power to switch up metas or popular heroes when caps change? The gear system is already screwed up as it is between stupid items nobody remembers, a billion hairdryers or eyeballs or whatever. But some heroes getting tier IX and some just VIII always confused me...

Great news considering that was such a great move prior and following this update. Lol, I just tested the TD in a dark side battle, just as useless as before.

I know I was having a laugh. They need to fix Thermal Detonator not make stealth changes to gear.
