Grievous Tac Maneuvering Glitch

After the last Barris update, I was running T6 Tank raid on phase one. Grievous hit Tac Maneuvering buff and then next time I smacked him, he ended up with 2 Tac Maneuvering buffs....he had about 4 t...

Did he have Dots? Or did thermal detonators activate? Was it reys multiple attacks? All of these count as multiple damage
