Guild Leadership Transfer

So I am the leader of a guild that runs HAAT regularly, and I need to transfer the leadership to a friend. How do I do that? I created a case in EA help but I tried that once before and did not work. ...

If you are not stopping playing, they can invite you back in.

Thanks for the response @Kyno. You're sure ablut this though, right? I don't want my guild to end up as a leaderless group of players :)
