Has anyone found a fix for the profundity bundles

I bought both packs and the gas bundle but I only received gas and have been charged for both profundity packs I don't want my money back I want the packs. I purchased them through the web store and have tried restoring purchases to no avail. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me. I just want to get to profundity.
