Haven’t received shards for disguised clonetrooper event

Hi all,

I completed the first tier for the Disguised Clonetrooper marquee event. However, I did not receive the tokens for the new toon. It’s been 3 days now and I still haven’t received anything and I’m unable to proceed in this event. I’ve been trying to get help from the ingame support, but they send me here. Please help.
