You need level 15, 5 dot mods on all. No stats of those mods matter though, so definitely don't waste speed arrows or speed secondaries on the ones you don't use elsewhere because it won't affect their ship speed at all.

Ok, sweet. I have a bunch of junk 5 star mods that I wouldn't use on my actual teams. But I'll sink those into Genosian Spy and Soldier

Thanks for that. I didn't know how mods affected the actual ship. Glad I can "use" junk mods for something.
