As for your Mods above, that's about 0.01% of 0.1% who will ever possess such speed for Potency mods on that many toons, so that is certainly crazy for the extreme vast majority. :D

Well with tenacity down from TFP you should need potency on teebo.
Jyn will build her own, 10% gain every time she crits.
Cassian is really the only one that would need some to put buff on others but then again his base potency is pretty high.
