Then I got a HT and started using it myself and I find that HT is actually a very balanced kit. It's role is to tank. And it tanks very well. So well that it becomes annoying to kill if you don't have a good strategy for it.
I think we are so used to being able to dispel or go around tanks in regular arena, that we forgot what a real tank should be like.
HT was never unbeatable. It doesn't have overpowered mechanics or broken synergy. It just required good strategy.
And then came the falcon. HT mixed with the falcon is just too powerful.
The falcon, even mixed with HT, isn't unbeatable either.
I'm not saying it isn't by far the most powerfull ship ingame, just like HT was at the time, but it's not like it's completely unbeatable. Imo HT didn't have a "ballanced" kit either. Sure, it's less OP than the falcon, but by comparrison to the other ships ingame at the time, HT was definately way better.
HT has a way more balanced kit than HMF and that's why you could beat HT with a wider variety of strategies unlike HMF where only one or two strategies could beat it (mind you i have the Falcon)!
