How to Unlock Han Solo

Does anyone know how to unlock Han Solo? I know that you have to finish T7 Raids but my question is, do you have to be in a top spot to acquire his shards? or does everyone in the raid get Han Solo ...

@Hacksaw_Prime - just sent you an ally invite we also do 3-plus t7 raids a week and need a few new members.
