Yeah, if anything, the astromechs will be 'crew' on the right ships
I kind of assume we'll get Pilot Luke, ship, and need R2 on it.
Not sure what they'll do with Poe and BB-8 however, they probably 'should' redo his ship, but it'll likely tick off everyone with Poe and ship but no BB8.
