When I first read what mods were going be like, I was thinking it would be like World of War craft where you add gems to open slot for decent stat upgrades that led to a nice gem bonus. It wasn't broken and didn't make your character a beast in all things unless you played against completely out geared characters. Mods are excessively strong, shouldve left the level 1 and 2 mods and kept that stats gains modest. When an RG now becomes a DPS character, something is wrong. A tank is a tank, a DPS is a DPS and not a tank. The mods need to be tapered.
