Im sure this has been mentioned before, but how will new dark side ships have pilots?

The rebels have tons of named characters that can all fly, we have x-wings belonging to biggs, wedge, RP, and Poe. We can give a Y-wing to Rebel pilot when he comes out, or an A wing, or B wing. yea...

true but that was more so as a balance between clone vs droid (you cant spawn as a vulture then go inside the republic ship hanger to blow up stuff. in episode 3 we saw vultures actually walking around the hanger, and their cockpit was actually a head that moved around
