In Game Chat Notifications Returning?
Before Territory Battles started, the in game chat would send a notification any time a guild mate activated a character/ship or upgraded a character/ship to 7 stars or upgraded a character to G9/G10/...

It would be nice if the guild leader had the ability to turn on/off that mechanic in the guild chat. Perhaps while TB isn't in session, the leader turns the mechanic on to see who has upgraded what, then turn it off while TB starts back up.
