An overhaul of TW (with improved rewards and structure) is long overdue.
But CG looks at it from a cost/reward ratio and there's little investment on the player side into TW that makes it worth their while to update it.
By our rules, TW is optional, and we often only have 36-40 join because many don't care about TW and the rewards and want some of their time back. As such, we fall into the category of one of those guilds that this happens with. 9 times out of 10, we overpower our opponents because we end up with a lesser opponent and while we're not "TW Focused" most who join are.
It would be nice to see them give it a refresh, but I won't hold my breath until they do.
