Is Fulcrum in shipments?
As per title. Update said she'd be in regular shipments but I've yet to see her there. Sitting at 84/100 but I don't want to chromium binge for 16 shards.

- How is Gar or ISC in shipments? According to the official post, those 2 are only in shard shop and chromium packs for now. Along with their cantina node.

Why would anyone buy Gar out of shipments if they can farm him from a cantina node???? It's not like he is a hard node farm like shoretrooper

Farming from Cantina delays mod farming so getting him from chromiums or shipments is more desirable.- At this point, it's clear she is not there and that the update notice is not accurate.. anyway now it kind of feels pointless since we won't get answers
- So the last "hot fix" after the update was to "fix" the inbox message for fulcrum. It seems the part of her being in standard shipments was removed from the in game in box message.
The update notes just have never been changed.
