I have been running a 2 healer team for long time for Light Side Battles, Cantina Squad, Arena, and Galcatic Warfare. I currently run Luminara and Jedi Consular. JC is also my weakest team member primarily due to low health pool. Currently my JC isLevel 705* (4/85)Tier 8Ability Level 7-7-6However, I recently got a 4* Barriss and while it will take probably a week or so to get her to level 70 and 5*. I am already wondering if I should replace JC as a healer on my team with Bariss once she is 5*. I realize Bariss is has weaker attacks than JC and JC can heal more often, but Bariss can still kinda heal (equalize) thru Sidious' healing debuff and she has a larger health pool and is much harder to kill.Currently my Bariss isLevel 634* (16/65)Tier 7Ability Level 4-4-4-4Any opinions on who would be the better choice overall JC or Bariss?

Bariss and JC are 2 completly seperate toons that do things completly different from each other. The way they work is different and accomplish dif goals.If u need a fast healer then JC is your guyIf u want a tanky healer that equalizes before healing (sometimes this can save u when your heal debuffed) then bariss is your galThey simply serve dif purposes in dif areas of the game

In my arena shard, there are still one or two players who can gain into the top 20 with Barriss as lead.

I don't use Barriss in Arena, but she does help make GW much easier with her innate ability to heal party members on each of their turns when she's your leader.

I just took JC to 5* for Yoda, but I'm back to Barriss (also at 5) until 7*.

Bariss is no good in arena because she is no threat as far as damage and like all healers, she can be easily tricked into healing and her heal is the weakest in the game (thank whining and crying for that). So even as leader, shes an extreme liability. On offence she us useful as you can use her equalization intelegently but the AI wont. If you put bariss in your arena team, its the equivilent of hanging a target on your back. Basically you telling ppl to atk you for a free win.

The main problem with a barriss team in Arena is that in defence she is to easy to overcome as she does the least damage in the game, an it's easy to get her to trigger her health equalizing, hence making the battle feel like a 5vs4 battle, and people will go for you.

But it's still possible to maintain a top 50 position, I've done it for a long time, as my main focus has allways been GW, with this team

All max gear, Sid, JC & Lumi 7*, Barriss was 4* untill I finally got her node in Cantina, as of yesterday 7*, "Fives" is still only 4*

Slow and bad, really bad damage. Bariss is only good for GW and I'm farming her from scratch just for the Yoda challenge,based on player feedback in the forum. In fact, even JC is beeped in Arena, the more mature ones. I'd suggest Lumi only if you really have to have a healer and work on replacing JC etc. Will help a ton once your server matures. Mine's full of lvl 70 max toons and non in the top with multiple healers, most don't even have one. I see anyone with 2 healers, oh boy, free win.
