If those Jedi are really doing nothing, then that's a fair claim - however, I suspect poor modding and/or strategy are more at fault here than the usefulness of the characters themselves.
Specialised units like JMMM, Jocosta and Depa are obviously designed to perform better, but that doesn't mean the other Jedi are useless IF you mod and strategise well. However, I could be wrong.

  You forgot to add that your opinions are based off of watching YT videos and not first hand experience since your guild is still running the Endor raid.

    Which is precisely why I said I could be wrong. However, when people complain about units being "bad" in an event, 99% of those complaints stem from poor modding/strategy. I highly doubt this is any different.

Yeah, I'm mad that unlike Naboo, where every Jedi relic could improve the final result, in the Order 66 raid, without the iconic Jedi listed in the first post, even with such high relics, the rest of the Jedi are useless trash.

Jedi eligible for the Naboo raid:
Aayla
Eeth Koth
GMY
Jedi Consular
Jedi Guardian
KBeq
KAM
Mace Windu
Kit Fisto
Luminara
QGJ
Plo
MQG
POW
Shaak Ti

Please tell me which combination of the trashiest GR Jedi could score well on high tiers without some key characters like Lumi/Kit combo, KAM, Mace, KBeq. MQG and POW kits are very tied to QA, as GR Jedi they aren't anything amazing.

All that's changed going from Naboo to O66 is that the key characters required for the well-performing Jedi teams changed to KB, JN, JMMW, Depa, Temple Guard.

Both raids feature a recent conquest unit (in fact, O66 will have three of those), both raids feature a recent legendary (JJB, JMMW).

So it's like I said, you're just salty that you can't coast on reusing the same teams you used in the Naboo raid. You wanted easy raid loot with no effort.

And when it comes to the specific case of Lumi/Kit, which were given a special synergy in the Naboo raid... I would much rather bring toons like KB, JN, and JMMW to high relics than Luminara or Kit.

  On Naboo we used 3 Jedi squads that were available:
  Luminar + Kit Fisto + 3 Jedi
  Kelleran Beck + 4 Jedi
  Queen Amidala + 2 Jedi (I know Queen's not a Jedi).
  On the Order 66 raid we use 2 Jedi squads:
  Kelleran Beck + Jocasta + 3 Jedi
  JM Mace Windu + Belaba + Guardian (Mace still needs to be obtained, since he, unlike the queen, is not given out for free, and the requirements for characters are not R1).
  So we only have 1 good Jedi squad. The rest of the Jedi are trash and unplayable at high raid levels.

    So what? Why do Jedi squads have to be exactly equal in number and composition between two raids?
    Oh, right. Because it would make it easier for you to score high with minimum effort.

So what? We've known about this for a while and if you haven't got them by now that's on you as you made an incorrect assumption based on another raid.
I'm mostly f2p (passes only) and I've been running a JV team that gets 1.8m from the start- KBeq, Jocasta, Shaak, Plo and Bariss. None of these are hard to get.

Not sure what you mean by "ruined it by adding these trash characters who are not capable of closing the high tiers of the raid" when you say "Any squad that does not include the following characters is unable to pass categories x2 and above" as those "trash characters" are essential to doing the higher tiers.
