JKL leader ability nerfed?

So I searched back and I don’t see anywhere this has been posted yet. His original leadership ability was changed but that was in regards to a misunderstanding around the verbiage.

I just happened to look at his leader ability today randomly and noticed a little nugget has been added. And it’s not a good nuggets either.

I’m referring to the addition of conquest stamina. Was this ever announced?

    I think that is limited to conquest battles. Outside of conquest his leader ability works as it should. Before they made the change he was slowing enemies down to a crawl due to low stamina in other areas of the game.

    This was added last year, and yes, it was announced then.

    TLDR, a very low stamina JKL with 50 ish speed could reduce the entire enemy team to 50 ish speed, meanwhile other allied characters at high stamina can have like 6 times that.

    yeah his stamina show affected other mods as well so that was also fixed
